Brief Description of Job: The Diocese of Orlando is seeking an experienced fund-raising professional for the position of Campaign Director. Bishop Grady Villas is a residential community for adults (18 years and older) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our beautiful campus is located on 11 acres in Saint Cloud, Florida. All of our residents enjoy single rooms with private bathrooms. We have a nurse on staff and offer 24 hour awake supervision. Because of our unique environment and location, our residents are able to experience a level of independence and freedom that is not typical in group home settings and we are proud of our ability to assist individuals in reaching personal outcomes. 50% of our residents are employed competitively in the community and many of our residents are active members of community organizations or participate in volunteer opportunities.
Brief Description of Job: We are currently seeking caring individuals to assist our residents to achieve their personal goals. Duties include; supervision during recreational activities in the community; scheduling and providing transportation of residents to jobs in the community; assistance with self-administration of medication; assistance with activities of daily living, promotion of a family environment; and the encouragement of self-advocacy and independence of residents.
Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative, energetic, dependable and a flexible team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working or volunteering with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record required. Candidates must be able to meet all Level II Background screening requirements for AHCA and APD. High school diploma or GED required.

DIRECTOR OF MUSIC

Brief Description of Job: Provides leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of all liturgical music for the parish; organizes choirs for Parish Masses; plans and attends weekly choir rehearsals; directs choirs and musical ministers; provides adequate up-to-date liturgical music information for self and choir members; prepares music selections and creates schedule; oversees maintenance of liturgical-related equipment; develops and maintains parish music library, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Music and/or Liturgy; minimum of 3 years in parish Liturgical Music; proficient in planning music of all styles, especially English and Spanish; technical experience in music, music instruments, choir direction and musical teaching. Must be able to discern limitations and capabilities of vocalists and instruments.

Brief Description of Job: The Resident Assistant performs a healing and caring role by providing clients of Pathway to Care with a variety of services to maintain a living environment that supports their healing process and is integrated with fairness, respect and equal opportunity to access services.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; ability to communicate well with and relate to others in a compassionate and sensitive manner; experience in coordinating and implementing community living policies and procedures; housekeeping methods and equipment; and knowledge of commercial laundry operations.
