Brief Description of Job: Oversees and serves as primary contact for the administration of Diocesan sponsored self-insured medical and ancillary insurance programs for all diocesan lay, clergy and religious personnel. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field. Requires 3 years supervisory experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and experience working with various web-based benefit program applications. Must have good presentation and public speaking skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Brief Description of Job/Qualifications: The Horticultural Therapist at Bishop Grady Villas will develop horticultural therapy curriculum customized to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This will include therapy sessions for 4-10 individuals. The Horticultural Therapist will develop the planting schedule for our greenhouse and vegetable garden, develop the curriculum for all participants in the program, create individualized implementation plans for all participants, and participate in the development of microenterprises for self-employment opportunities with interested participants. The Horticultural Therapist will work with our Adult Day Training and Employment Services programs to develop a business plan, seek approval for self-employment services, and then implement the plan. The position may have the potential to develop into a full-time position in the future.
Minimum Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have an associates or bachelor’s degree in horticultural therapy or related field. Candidates who have completed a certificate program or have applicable work experience in horticultural therapy will also be considered. Candidates should have at least one-year experience working or volunteering with individuals with disabilities or in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or childcare setting. Applicable college, vocational or technical training can be substituted for the required experience.

Brief Description of Job: We are currently seeking caring individuals to assist our residents to achieve their personal goals. Duties include; supervision during recreational activities in the community; scheduling and providing transportation of residents to jobs in the community; assistance with self-administration of medication; assistance with activities of daily living, promotion of a family environment; and the encouragement of self-advocacy and independence of residents.
