Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Many thanks for making the Festival of Faith a huge success! Over 30,000 people attended this celebration and the many people I met during the Festival had only positive comments to share.
Our volunteers, comprised of many churches, schools, religious communities and associations of the faithful, made this the success that it was - for the glory of God and the building up of the Church. I thank all of you who attended the Festival of Faith and to all who prayed for and participated in any way.
It is my prayer that the Festival of Faith helped
- To create a greater understanding of the "larger Church" to which we all belong
- To celebrate our 40th year in a fitting manner
- To generate enthusiasm among all of us as we face the challenges of the present
- To look forward to the future with confidence.
The Church in Central Florida is "Alive in Christ". Thank you for being witnesses to this, witnesses to hope.
