Entry Rules

HOW TO ENTER: Complete the three-part application which includes an entry form, category selection and questionnaire. Mail application and six copies of material you are entering to the Diocese of Orlando Office of Communications. Electronic entries do not need to be copied.

DEADLINE: All applications and entries must be postmarked or received at the Diocese of Orlando Office of Communications by February 1, 2013.

ENTRY FEE: There is no entry fee.

ELIGIBILITY: Any Diocese of Orlando parish, mission, school, or approved entity is eligible to enter.

ELIGIBILTY PERIOD: Please enter communication materials that were used between September 1, 2011 and December 2, 2012.

CATEGORIES: When completing the application, select the category that best matches your entry. Judges reserve the right to reassign categories if appropriate. Judges reserve the right to decide that a category will have no winning entry.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES: You may choose to enter more than one category. Please submit separate Entry Form for each item entered.

AWARDS CEREMONY: Light of Faith Awards will be presented after the celebration of Mass in thanksgiving for the gifts of communication (date in spring 2013 to be determined)..

FOREIGN LANGUAGE: Materials created in a foreign language are eligible to enter.
