Why is the Diocese of Orlando sponsoring this awards program?

The Office of Communications is seeking to identify and promote the best examples of Church communications. This campaign will shine the spotlight on the most effective communication tools and techniques available to increase your knowledge and confidence and to enhance your communication efforts.

Who will be judging the entries?

The Diocese of Orlando Advisory Committee of Catholic Communication Professionals along with volunteers from parishes and schools will participate in the judging process.

May I enter materials that were created in a foreign language?

Yes, foreign language entries are welcome.

Who should attend the Light of Faith Awards Program?

Your webmaster, parish secretary, school secretary, priests, newsletter editors, bulletin editors and anyone who works in Church communications should attend. In addition to the awards presentation, there will be a large display of entries and exhibitors along with presentations on how to enhance Church communication efforts.
