General
Information
The
Diocesan Media Resource Center Offers these
features for your benefit...
- Media
Center resources are available to all persons
in Catholic Schools and Catholic parishes.
- Reservations
may be made by mail, in person, by fax,
phone or e-mail up to a year in advance.
When ordering please give the actual date(s)
the material will be used.
- Resources
will be mailed to parishes and schools if
pickups cannot be made.
- There
is no charge for borrowing materials; however,
return postage on media resources will be
paid by users. Materials may be returned
by fourth class mail.
- Media
Center resources are available to non-Catholic
churches and schools for a nominal fee.
- Borrowers
are responsible for lost or unreturned material
and will be billed the amount of replacement
costs.
- Most
materials can be borrowed for a two week
period in order to allow time for previewing
and lesson preparation. Prompt return of
resources is extremely important in order
to accommodate persons or parishes waiting
next in line to receive materials. Your
cooperation is greatly appreciated. Late
charges of $1 per day for materials will
be enforced.
- Please
rewind videos before returning in order
to prolong the life of the tape.
- Videos
may be previewed at the Media Center. Please
call ahead for scheduling.
- The
Media Center Director is available to offer
video preview days of the latest materials
for DRE's, youth ministers, school faculties
and other interested persons. Please call
