Hi my name is Ricky and I love my friends here at the Villas. Every morning I wake up to go to my job at ARC where I made many friends. After work I come home and have a snack and sit and watch TV with my roommates. I like to walk around property and go pray at all the pretty statues we have on property. We have lots of great visitors here that help me maintain my motor skills teaching me wood shop and maintain my speech during speech classes. I also love to compete in swimming every year at Special Olympics. The advisors help me when I’m not feeling so well, help me wash laundry and remind me to take my medicine. At home I go to many parties and dance with my mother and here at the Villas we have many parties that I love to go to. I love to laugh, meet new people and read the bible with the seminarians. Here at the Villas I am aging with people that are my friends and with advisors that are always making new plans to help my quality of life here in the future.
