The Office of Hispanic Ministry was formed to address the faith formation needs of our Spanish speaking Catholics in the Diocese of Orlando and to celebrate the gifts of cultural diversity which bless us through your presence. Our growing Hispanic population has influenced our own ministries through

• more Spanish-language celebrations of Mass;
• the creation of El Clarín, our Catholic, Spanish-language newspaper;
• the continuation of Spanish-language radio through Buena Nueva FM, 104.1 Subcarrier;
• the offering of Misa Televisada on Telemundo at 11:00 a.m. each Sunday;
• an annual Gran Fiesta Diocesana;
• care and concern for the farmworkers and other migrant laborers through our Farmworker Ministry and celebration of Farmworker Sunday;
• advocacy for comprehensive immigration reform;
• more Spanish-language workshops in religious education and family life; and
• the Spanish-language website at www.orlandodiocese.org.
