The Kindergarten class of Sacred Heart School recently had their 25th Annual Wheelathon.  The Wheelathon Project is when the children in kindergarten bring any wheeled toy that can be ridden, and ride around the school parking lot.

Many kindergarten families and students in the upper grades went out to cheer for them.  They combined this and last year’s donations and raised an estimated $2,000.  Using the money raised, the school purchased 12 new HP All-in-One computers for the kindergarten class.

This was a great opportunity for the kindergarteners to ride wheeled toys and have fun, for the kindergarten families and students in the upper grades to cheer, and for the kindergarten class to learn more technology.  Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Sharon Neitzey was very thankful to all parents and families who sponsored this annual project.
