Services in jeopardy that are protected by Amendment 8 to  Florida’s Constitution include health care, homeless shelters, food banks, prison ministry, education and more. Amendment 8 on the November ballot will allow faith-based providers offering secular services to continue to participate in programs without fear of challenge simply on the basis that they are religious.
