Last week Bishop John Noonan hosted a luncheon for Bishop Emeritus Norbert Dorsey and several Bishop Grady Villas representatives, including current residents Robert and Joyce, who are both on the host committee for the Harvest Ball to be held October 15 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, Orlando.

Bishop Grady Villas, an independent living community for adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities, was established by Bishop Emeritus Norbert Dorsey in 2004 to support these individuals to use their God-given gifts to achieve greater independence, physical and emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.

For his role in the establishment of Bishop Grady Villas, Bishop Emeritus Norbert Dorsey will be honored with the Bishop Grady Villas Lifetime Legacy Award at this year’s Harvest Ball.

The Harvest Ball helps provide scholarships for residents in need.
