  • Interfaith Prayer Service for Peace on January 17. Bishop John Noonan invites you to the Diocese of Orlando’s Interfaith Prayer Service for Peace on January 17, 2013, at 7 p.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 526 N. Park Avenue, Winter Park. Bishop Noonan and representatives from various religious faiths traditions and communities will lead the Prayer Service, which is an opportunity for leaders and members of different faiths to pray together for the common goal of peace through word and song. The theme of the prayer service is “God of Life: Lead Us to Justice and Peace.” A reception will follow the Prayer Service.   • Prayer Service for Christian Unity on January 25.Bishop John Noonan invites you to the Diocese of Orlando’s Prayer Service for Christian Unity on January 25, 2013, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at St. Luke Episcopal Cathedral, 130 North Magnolia Avenue, Orlando. The theme for this year’s Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is “What Does God Require of Us?” (Micah 6: 6-8). Join Christians everywhere in praying as Jesus prayed “so that they may all be one” (John 17:21). Bishop Noonan and representatives from various Christian denominations will lead the Prayer Service. Free parking is available diagonally across from St. James Cathedral on the northwest corner of Orange Avenue and Robinson Street (adjacent to State Street).
