The Diocese of Orlando is participating in a Caring for Creation Expo and Interfaith Prayer Service to encourage everyone to save precious natural resources and to educate local residents how to be responsible stewards.  Bishop John Noonan and leaders from other faith communities will lead the prayer service.

Each day people use 80-100 gallons of water, produce 4.4 pounds of garbage and drive an average of 37 miles. This event will help people become more conscious of the depletion of our limited natural resources as well as learn new ways to: rethink, reduce, reuse and recycle. Vendors will display information and materials that benefit the environment. Participants will gather for prayer and praise God for the gifts of creation and for stewardship of the earth, with an understanding that each person is called to care for creation. All are invited to attend!  For more information, contact the Diocese of Orlando Office of Advocacy and Justice, 407-246-4819.
