Consider Catholic Charities for Adoption

Have you ever considered adoption? Beginning the adoption process can be an overwhelming experience for many couples. Adoption caseworkers with Catholic Charities understand the excitement, but also the anxiety, frustrations, and uncertainty involved.  It can be a daunting and intimidating, yet greatly rewarding endeavor. Catholic Charities will hold an orientation/information session on September 10, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Santa Fe High School in Lakeland to help families discern whether adoption is for them and guide them in navigating through the adoption journey. From history of adoption to becoming “adoption ready”, the presentation will orient families considering this blessed avenue to parenthood through domestic infant adoption. The session provides the opportunity for couples considering adoption to learn more about the requirements and laws as well as ask questions and voice concerns. Attendance does not mean acceptance to the program. To pre-register, email melliott@ccdosp.org
