On Saturday, December 1 at 12 pm, Catholic Charities of Central Florida helped homeless and struggling families take part in a classic holiday tradition by providing free holiday portraits. In the spirit of giving, a local professional photographer generously donated his services to provide family portraits for families from Catholic Charities’ Family Stability Initiative and Shepherd’s House transitional housing program. Close to 15 families enjoyed free family portraits and received a gift to treasure for years to come. Story-telling, Christmas crafts, and holiday snacks were also provided thanks to volunteers from St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.
