Just one day after the Year of Faith begins, the Diocese of Orlando Marian Congress, will be held. This two day event includes prayer, music, and speakers that will inspire Catholics on their path to holiness and show them the many ways to honor our Blessed Mother and to learn from her revelations over the centuries. 7:00  pm Procession of various Marian groups from around the Diocese of Orlando, rosary prayed in multiple languages, Mass celebrated by Bishop John Noonan

7:30 am – 4:15 pm   

The Marian Congress will explore Marian devotions, spirituality and the role of Mary in our Catholic faith with simultaneous English and Spanish language presentations as well as musical performances by local parish choirs. There will be two Keynote Addresses by Father Claudio Burgaleta, S.J., Ph.D.: “Pope Benedict and Marian Spirituality” and “Pope Benedict, Personal Revelations and the Third Secret of Fatima.”

Other presentations include “Mary, Model of the Church and Model of Virtues” and “Mary in the Holy Scriptures.”

The Marian Congress will provide a wonderful opportunity for attendees to proclaim the glory of God, learn more about the role of Mary in salvation history, and gather together united in Christ.
