Men – If you feel like you could be better husbands, fathers, family spiritual leaders, have deeper friendships with other Catholic men and have greater confidence in expressing your Catholic faith out in the world, please consider registering for THAT MAN IS YOU!

This new group begins on September 9th at St. James Cathedral.

I am delighted to let you know about a terrific new spiritual development series being offered in the Diocese of Orlando for the first time.

St. James Cathedral will be hosting a dynamic, rapidly-growing men’s Catholic leadership program starting in the fall called “That Man Is You!”.  “That Man is You!” is a 13-week series designed to equip men with the knowledge, insight and spiritual strength in the Catholic faith to effectively lead their families and society.

“That Man is You!” originated in Houston, Texas in 2004, has quickly spread to over 325 parishes nationwide and in Canada and has been endorsed by several Bishops.  Although the program will only be initially offered at St. James Cathedral, we expect men from other parishes within the Orlando Diocese will be interested in participating.  That is why I’m sending you this email.  “That Man Is You!” is in need of men participating in all walks of life and we encourage all men to recognize their call to holiness and leadership as a disciple to register.

Meetings will take place every Friday morning starting September 9th at 6:30am until 8am in the St. James social hall. There is no cost to enroll.

I would invite you to learn more about “That Man is You!” by visiting their website at  http://www.thatmanisyou.org.  You can register on line by clicking here (St. James That Man is You).

It is our hope that the men you care about will consider taking advantage of this great opportunity to deepen their Catholic faith as well as those of their families and their parishes.  If you have questions contact Deacon Dave Gray at 407 246-4879 or dgray@orlandodiocese.org
