mission-packing-may-2011

Between now and May 20, the Diocese of Orlando is packing supplies such as medicine, books and clothing that will be shipped to our Sister Diocese, San Juan de la Maguana in the Dominican Republic. Volunteers are needed to help pack, sort and move boxes. Some of the volunteer work will be done at the Mission Office in downtown Orlando and some will take place at a storage facility in Casselberry.

If you are able to give of your time, your help would be greatly appreciated. Please call Jessica at 407-246-4890 or email jmolina@orlandodiocese.org.

The Mission Office encourages the people of the Diocese of Orlando to accept the responsibilities incumbent upon all followers of the Gospel to share their time, talents and treasures with those who have limited access to the wealth and resources of the earth. We inspire people to become the voice of those who have none. Together with the people we serve, we seek to find creative solutions to the root causes of injustice in our global community.
