CASSELBERRY | Pathways to Care (PTC), a healthcare ministry of Catholic Charities of Central Florida, recently launched its new website PathwaystoCare.org. The new site is user friendly and resourceful.
Pathways to Care serves homeless men and women, many of whom are veterans, in a safe, clean environment as they recuperate from a serious illness or injury. To better connect that mission with the needs in the Central Florida community, Pathways to Care’s website not only “tells our story,” but offers practical resource tools for post-hospital discharge and agency referrals, said Gary Tester, president of Catholic Charities of Central Florida.
Highlighting the facilities and environment at Pathways to Care, the site also lists its numerous support services – including healthcare, case management and Step2 Bridge Housing. The compelling success stories from past residents are an important part of understanding how PTC impacts the community.
