New technology has enabled the Diocese of Orlando to establish an internet radio station that offers Catholic programming that is both educational and inspirational.

Our local shows are developed by young adults for young adults. We are specifically seeking to reach young adults because this is an important group in the Church that is familiar with streaming and on demand technology and we know young adults have great potential for evangelizing the world with their faith and enthusiasm.

Faith Fit Radio is named after the Faith Fit app, which was launched in 2014 to promote the health of body, mind and soul. The Internet radio station will have a similar goal of creating a positive impact on each person’s life in a holistic manner: body, mind and soul. The ministry seeks to fulfill one of Bishop Noonan’s priorities: enkindle a deeper faith in the hearts and minds of our brothers and sisters.

Currently, listeners are able to hear popular EWTN programs such as Catholic Answers and the Son Rise Morning Show. Plus, there are news updates about local Catholic events and activities in Central Florida and daily reflections on how each person can strive to improve their physical, spiritual and intellectual health. New LOCAL shows will be debuting in December 2016.
