Student Made Art on Display at National Catholic Educational Association Convention

The postcards are 4’ x 8’ and feature various scenes in Central Florida; postcards are artistic and somewhat nostalgic representations of landmark buildings, city sights or nature that reflect the communities that make up Central Florida. The postcards were made by students in Catholic elementary, middle and high schools in Central Florida. The stamp on each postcard shows the students who created the postcard artwork. This postcard exhibit is a way to welcome nearly 6,000 Catholic educators from the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, Germany, Japan, the Marshall Islands, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Spain and Thailand who are attending the 2015 National Catholic Educational Association Convention & Expo. It is a fun and creative way to showcase the “city beautiful” and neighboring communities. The postcards also showcase the creative talents of this area’s Catholic school students. There are more than 14,000 students attending Catholic schools in Central Florida.
