Having fun together in the Spirit of Faith, Academics, and Service

On Tuesday of Catholic Schools Week 2016, Sacred Heart Catholic School in New Smyrna Beach, participated in outdoor activities. The 2nd and 7th grades used colored chalk from their classrooms for an hour of fun drawing on the campus sidewalks.

The pictures which ranged from Noah’s Ark to Jesus walking on waters were beautifully sketched by students, both young and old. The school wanted to celebrate Catholic Schools Week in a more meaningful way reflecting our faith, figuring out materials presented them, and helping others accomplish something so beautiful and significant.

It is truly a great learning experience!
