The Tourism Ministry seeks to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to travelers who visit Central Florida for work or vacation. In Port Canaveral, Apostleship of the Sea is an international Catholic ministry for the spiritual and practical assistance of seafarers that provide services to all seafarers regardless of religious affiliation or country of origin. This ministry includes a chapel, space for recreation and relaxation, and computers so seafarers can stay connected to family. The Tourism Ministry also includes airport ministry at Orlando International Airport and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Mary, Queen of the Universe.

Catholic Mass is offered each Sunday at 8:15 a.m. and noon at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport located inside of the main terminal. With the change, more travelers will be able to worship because the Hyatt Regency location is accessible to all. The airport chapel beyond the security checkpoint in Terminal B will continue to serve travelers as a place of respite in the Lord.
