Singer-Pianist Jeanne Cotter to Perform at Basilica in Orlando

Nationally known musician and speaker Jeanne Cotter will perform twice at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe as part of the Basilica’s 2015-2016 Concert Series on the weekend of October 24th and 25th.

Nationally known musician and speaker Jeanne Cotter will perform twice at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe as part of the Basilica’s 2015-2016 Concert Series on the weekend of October 24th and 25th.

Using the gifts of singing, storytelling, songwriting, and piano performance, Jeanne Cotter has won the ears and hearts of listeners throughout the United States and Canada.  In addition to being a liturgical composer and inspirational speaker and retreat leader, she is a successful secular and spiritual performer and recording artist.  With undergraduate studies in theology and music and an Interdisciplinary Masters Degree in Psychology and Spirituality, Jeanne shares a bounty of knowledge, grounded in her own story and what she calls “the authority of experience”.

Cotter will present a Morning of Reflection on Saturday, October 24th at 9:00 AM. All are welcome and no tickets are required. On Sunday, October 25th,  An Afternoon with Jeanne Cotter and the Basilica Choir will begin at 3:00 PM. Tickets are $15 for adults, under 12 are free and student/group discounts are available.
