June 2008 marked the 40th year since Pope Paul VI established the Diocese of Orlando. Never more than at this time do we feel the need to make our own the Apostle's hymn of praise and thanksgiving: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love” (Eph 1:3-5).
