ORLANDO | Catholic Charities of Central Florida’s Comprehensive Refugee Youth and Mentor Services program provided a Christmas celebration for more than 30 refugee families Dec. 13, 2025, thanks to private donors and the Knights of Columbus Council 2112.
The morning began with breakfast with Santa and continued with the distribution of gifts to more than 50 children. The children enjoyed coloring activities, music and a delicious breakfast made by the Knights of Columbus, then received gifts from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
In addition to the Knights and private donors, the event was made possible through the generosity of The Catholic Foundation of Central Florida.
The yearly event brings families together and inspires the hope of a bright future infused with Christ’s presence and the generosity of Christians living as the light of Christ.
