DOMINICAN REPUBLIC | Over spring break, five Embry-Riddle young adults traveled to the Dominican Republic to El Corozo and mission schools where they joined residents in their water project. They helped excavate trenches that will bring water to 27 families. From March 21-28 a group of seniors and staff members from Melbourne Central Catholic High School spent time in fellowship and service with the local communities. Throughout the week, the students shared joyful moments with the elementary children, playing games, teaching English, and creating spaces filled with laughter and friendship. The Mission Office also offers opportunities to serve on dental missions (April 21-26) and construction mission (June 20-27). For information, contact Zwamy Parra, 407-246-4893.
