I did not print or download my certificate, but I know I passed. How do I go back and get my certificate?
Certificates cannot be retrieved once you move past that screen. Your certificate was emailed to both the diocesan entity and the Safe Environment Office at the Diocese of Orlando. If for any reason you are not able to download or print your certificate, contact your diocesan entity or call Marianne Ruiz at 407.246.4835. You can also start the process again by watching the video and taking the quiz. The quiz can be taken more than once.
My computer malfunctioned before I finished the SEC process. What do I do?
Start the process again from the beginning. If the computer continues to malfunction, try to find another computer or contact the diocesan entity for assistance.
Where do I get an Entity ID number to begin the Safe Environment Certification process?
Please contact your parish/school office for the Entity ID number specific to their location.
Why is the Fieldprint Code not working?
The Entity ID number is often confused with the Fieldprint code. The Fieldprint code is not the same as the Entity ID number.
- The Entity ID number is a number assigned to each entity and is required to complete the Safe Environment Training. (Step 1)
- The Fieldprint code contains only letters and is required to register for a fingerprinting appointment on the Fieldprint site. (Step 2)
I took the quiz and passed, but I do not have my Fieldprint code to register for a fingerprinting appointment. What do I do?
Please contact our Safe Environment office to confirm that your quiz has been completed and you will be given the Fieldprint code. You can also start the process again by watching the video and taking the quiz. The quiz can be taken more than once.
How do I check the status of my clearance? Is it still valid or has it expired?
