I took the quiz and passed. I have my Fieldprint code, but now I can’t get back in to register for fingerprints. What do I do?

I took the quiz and passed, but I do not have my Fieldprint code to register for fingerprints. What do I do?

Contact your diocesan entity to confirm that your quiz was completed and you will be given the Fieldprint code. You can also start the process again by watching the video and taking the quiz. The quiz can be taken more than once.

I get to the quiz, but it will not let me select either the True or False answer so I cannot proceed. What do I do?

We have seen this happen in very rare situations on an iMac computer. Try to locate another computer or contact the diocesan entity and they will assist you.

I did not print or download my certificate, but I know I passed. How do I go back and get my certificate?

Certificates cannot be retrieved once you move past that screen. Your certificate was emailed to both the diocesan entity and the Human Resources Office at the Diocese of Orlando. If for any reason you are not able to download or print your certificate, contact your diocesan entity or call Ida Jimenez at 407.246.4822. You can also start the process again by watching the video and taking the quiz. The quiz can be taken more than once.

My computer malfunctioned before I finished the SEC process. What do I do?

Start the process again from the beginning. If the computer continues to malfunction, try to find another computer or contact the diocesan entity for assistance.
